Booking & cancellation policy
Appointments are booked online. If your plans change, the sooner you let us know, the easier it is to offer the time to someone else.
Cancellation policy
- 18-hour notice. Cancel or reschedule at least 18 hours before your appointment and you will not be charged.
- Late cancellations. A $25 fee applies if you cancel less than 6 hours before your appointment.
- No-shows. If you miss your appointment without letting us know, a $25 fee is added to your next appointment.
- How to change a booking. Use the link in your booking confirmation, or contact us using the details on the contact page.
