Privacy notice
The only personal details this website asks for are the ones you enter to book an appointment. They go to Sky High Spa's booking system, Square.
When you book on this website
The booking form asks for your first and last name and your mobile phone number, and if you like, your email address and a note for your appointment.
Those details are sent to Square, Sky High Spa's booking and client system, to make your appointment and to find or create your client record. They are kept there by Sky High Spa, under Square's privacy notice. Square sends your confirmation and reminder texts to the number you give.
The website's booking service does not keep a copy of your details. To stop repeated or automated bookings, it holds your phone number and your device's IP address for up to one day, and then deletes them.
A few services open Square's own booking page instead. Anything you enter there is collected by Square and Sky High Spa in the same way.
What else this site collects
There is no account, no newsletter sign-up, no analytics and no advertising tracker on this website.
Like any website, the company that hosts these pages (Vercel, in the United States) keeps standard technical logs of requests, such as the time, the page asked for and the IP address, to keep the site running and secure. The booking service and its one-day records also run in the United States.
Outside services these pages load
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google map. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address, as it does on any site that uses them.
Questions
For any question about your information, contact Sky High Spa using the details on the contact page.
