What sugaring is
The paste is made from sugar, worked by hand on the skin and flicked off, taking the hair with it from the root. It is a different method from wax; the result is the same kind of smooth skin, until the hair grows back.

After
After sugaring
- For a day, skip hot baths, saunas, hard workouts, pools and the sun on the area.
- Wear loose, clean clothing over the area.
- From a couple of days after, exfoliate gently to keep the regrowth smooth.
- Book your next visit for when the hair has grown back; many people come every 3 to 6 weeks.
